Saturday morning came early for 12 members of Saint James CME, up before dawn with eggs, grits, sausage and piping hot biscuits swirling in their minds, they shared the love of Christ and a meal with more than 40 homeless from our community. Even the pastor, Rev. TJ Davis Jr. joined in cooking, cleaning, serving and praying for the hurting. These awesome volunteers met and talked to a family with small children who are in need and they are planning on taking some clothing and other items to them. What an awesome time of serving and sharing HOPE with others. God’s will was certainty done and many lives were touched, changed, and impacted because of the hearts of the great people from Eats on the Streets Ministry with Saint James CME. You guys ROCK! Thank you for giving selflessly your time, love and hard work. Bridge to Hope in the Valley and The Safe House both thank you! We look forward to partnering with Saint James CME again soon!
